Where will we exercise?
The beauty of booking personal training sessions is that you’re in control of where you want to train and when. It can be in your home, at a local park, or if you would like to train in a gym I am able to train you at The Thames Club (Staines-Upon-Thames) or Physique Warehouse (West Molesey).
What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring is water, and suitable clothing.
What should I wear?
Comfortable sport clothes and trainers. If you are training outside you will want to wear suitable clothes depending on the weather, e.g. shorts and t-shirt on a hot day, whereas on a cold day you will want to wear extra layers such as a sweatshirt and bottoms.
What if I need to cancel a session?
For personal training sessions please provide at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice, and the session can be rearranged. Anything less will unfortunately result in the session being lost.
Are you qualified?
Yes, I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer.
Are you insured?
Yes, I have public liability insurance up to the value of £1m.
Are there any age restrictions?
No, I am able to train anyone regardless of their age.
