Having spent most of my life ingrained in the world of health and fitness, I can confidently say I know what works and what doesn’t.


Believe me, I’ve been there before and I’ve tried all the fads.


Ankle Weights, Ketones, Detox Juices, the list goes on...


I used to get excited when I’d see a new fat loss workout program or a diet looking to get you absolutely shredded in seconds, but now when I look back, I cringe...




Because the world of health and fitness has gone absolutely bonkers!


You see, there are no quick fixes in fitness.


There is the science that works.


And, then there is the unlimited supply of BS, the fairytales that we heard off a friend of a friend, and we somehow think it’s true...


I mean, it must be true, BecAuSe mY FriEnd’S FriEnd SaId tHiS...


The fitness industry has lost the plot, it really has.


So I’m here to detox the BS from your brain and make your life really quite simple.

Often confused with weight loss, losing fat can seem difficult, however once you know how the body works it can seem very straight forward. Many believe than in order to burn fat they must starve themselves from food, but in actual fact this is the opposite of what you must do! With the right exercise and nutrition in place I can have you burning fat quicker than you could ever imagine!


Nutrition is one of, if not the most important aspect of our health and fitness! As they say, you are what you eat. Whether you're training to lose fat, build muscle, improve your athletic ability, or simply to stay healthy, your diet will have a major impact on reaching your goals. I teach my clients about nutrition right from the get go, as without the correct nutrition in place, you are simply fighting a losing battle!
